About Us

Our people have progressive work experience in audit, taxation, and consulting. Our Audit Partner (CPA Leo R.B. Kilamile) is experienced in audit and consultancy services which he has been doing for about twelve (12) years. Leo worked as an auditor and consultant in other CPA firms (Shebrila & Co. & EVK Auditors), the National Audit Office of Tanzania (NAOT), and Ernst & Young (EY) Tanzania – Big 4 Audit Firm, member of Ernst & Young Global. Leo has also worked as a Technical Advisor for External Audit under the Good Financial Governance Programme, implemented by GIZ, to support the National Audit Office of Tanzania (NAOT) to increasingly perform its role as a Supreme Audit Institution efficiently.

His fellow audit partner, CPA Hamza Ngereza has more than 12 years of experience in audit as an audit supervisor of TAC Associates – one of the large and long-time audit firms in Tanzania. He has participated as an auditor and many times a team leader in various clients' assignments including the University of Dar-es-salaam (UDSM), Mzumbe University, REPOA, MUCCOBA Bank, Export Processing Zone (EPZA), UDSM-DUCE, People's Bank of Zanzibar, Tanzania Football Federation (TFF), Zanzibar Social Security Fund, and many more.

The firm has employed full time and part time competent and capable audit staff with knowledge and experience in the provision of audit, tax, and consulting services. In addition to its own audit staff, we have created a well-enviable relationship with personnel of other disciplines to complement specialized tasks. Also, other professional personnel are always engaged whenever the firm is called upon to attend to special tasks or when the staff of specified disciplines is required.
