CPA Leo R.B. Kilamile – Audit Partner

CPA Leo Kilamile has over 12 years of experience in audit and consultancy. He has served with leading CPA firms, including Shebrila & Co. and EVK Auditors, as well as the National Audit Office of Tanzania (NAOT) and Ernst & Young (EY) Tanzania, a member of the global Big 4 accounting network. In addition, Leo worked as a Technical Advisor for External Audit under the Good Financial Governance Programme (GIZ), supporting NAOT in enhancing its role as Tanzania’s Supreme Audit Institution. Leo is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

CPA Hamza Ngereza – Audit Partner

CPA Hamza Ngereza also brings more than 12 years of audit experience, having served as Audit Supervisor at TAC Associates, one of Tanzania’s longest-standing audit firms. He has led and participated in numerous high-profile engagements for institutions such as: University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Mzumbe University, REPOA, MUCCOBA Bank, Export Processing Zone Authority (EPZA), UDSM-DUCE, People’s Bank of Zanzibar, Tanzania Football Federation (TFF), and Zanzibar Social Security Fund, among others.
